OHI Canada provides advisory and management to OHI for its development projects in Canada. In addition, it provides accounting, HR and back-office services to OHI.

These gains are returned to our investors, who benefit from principal preservation and consistent passive monthly distributions. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale cloud migrations, data center optimization, enterprise modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation programs for complex global organizations.
Basit is also recognized for building high-performing teams, aligning technology decisions with broader business priorities, and driving transformation through a practical, results-oriented mindset.
Director of Accounting
Nachu Subbukumar is a dual-credentialed finance executive with over 10 years of experience leading accounting operations, financial strategy, and internal controls across multi-entity organizations.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the US and a Chartered Accountant in India, she brings a rare cross-border perspective to complex financial challenges - from M&A due diligence and purchase price allocations to consolidations across hospitality, real estate, aviation, and mortgage sectors.
Nachu is known for transforming accounting functions through process innovation, rigorous audit leadership, and data-driven decision support that drives measurable business outcomes.
Beyond her technical expertise, Nachu is a committed people leader who believes that strong teams are the foundation of financial excellence. She has consistently mentored junior accountants and audit staff - cultivating analytical thinking, professional accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Ashwini Songyan serves as the Director of Operations for Octave Holdings and Investments Canada Ltd, providing strategic oversight across core business and people-operations functions.
With more than 9 years of experience in operational management and human capital leadership, she is responsible for the effective execution of day-to-day operations, including payroll administration, HR governance, compliance, workforce processes, and organizational policy management.
Ashwini leads with a focus on operational integrity, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment. She works closely with executive leadership to strengthen internal controls, improve organizational efficiency, and support scalable growth across the company's portfolio.
